1. Digital Credits — Non-Refundable

Credits purchased on MySmartGenerator.com are delivered instantly to your account and can be used immediately to generate documents.

Because credits are considered a digital good, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Please make sure you review credit amounts and pricing before completing your purchase.

2. Generated Documents — Non-Refundable

All generated content (PDFs, articles, resumes, plans, or any other document) is created instantly using your selected inputs. Once a document has been produced, it cannot be returned or revoked, and therefore we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect user inputs
  • Formatting choices
  • Output preferences
  • Accidental generation
  • Change of mind

If a document fails to render due to a technical issue on our end, we will re-generate the file at no cost.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, contact us within 48 hours, and we will review and, if applicable, refund the additional transaction.

Duplicate charges must be clearly identifiable in our payment logs.

4. Technical Issues

If your credits are not applied, or a document fails to generate due to a system error, we will:

  • Restore the credits to your account, or
  • Re-generate the document for you

These situations are not considered refunds — they are corrections to ensure your purchased credits and functionality work properly.

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments

If you believe your account or payment method was used without permission, contact us immediately.

We may require:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of account ownership
  • Additional payment verification

Unauthorized transactions will be handled according to Stripe’s dispute policy and applicable laws.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for valid, delivered digital credits or generated documents may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent removal of access if abuse is detected
  • Reversal of delivered credits and generated files
